If you do your accounts on your computer, then losing your information could be disasterous. A free way of preventing data loss should your hard disk go wrong is to use "Dropbox" www.dropbox.com. When you add a file to dropbox it automatically syncs it to an internet server, so if your hard disk crashes you can just log on and re-download the latest version of the file.

Dropbox give you 2 gig free, which is more than enough for saving the most important files.
