	Home Visit Computer Health Check This visit includes a comprehensive check of your whole computer system, hardware, devices and software. Minor software repairs carried out on the spot and advice given on more major issues.	$70
	Virus removal & Spyware deletion	$70 per hr
	Data Recovery / Secure Data Deletion Data recovery from external and internal hard disks, and camera memory (SD) cards. When getting rid of your laptop or computer ensure that you get your data securely removed as often data can be recovered when you just delete by pressing the delete button.	$70 per hr
	Computer Restore (Windows reinstall) Computer will be restored back to factory settings with all the latest windows updates, Firefox, IE8, Java, .NET, AVG Antivirus.	$140
	Windows 7 Upgrade This price INCLUDES the cost of operating system. You pay nothing extra. Upgrade to Microsoft's latest operating system Windows 7. Includes hardware testing to ensure your computer is compatible. Installation of Windows 7 operating system, and latest security updates. No Callout Fee. Min fee 1 hr.  All prices INCLUDE GST at 12.5%

I can diagnose problems over the phone to a certain degree, but once I have had a look at the problem on your computer, I can give you a more precise quote of both the service charges as well as any parts that may be required.

Pickup and dropoff service I can pick up your computer at a time suitable for you and drop it back off when agreed.
